Nicola is a conservatoire-trained actress whose work spans the West End, the National Theatre, UK and US film and television. Alongside her acting career, she has coached professionals across PR, technology, financial services, and education, and holds a professional coaching certification from the MOE Foundation.

Nicola created unlooped from a simple observation: Actors rehearse for pressure. Professionals are expected to perform without it.
Having also worked within corporate environments, Nicola saw the gap: talented professionals placed in high-stakes moments without ever being trained for how pressure alters behaviour.
She began collaborating with experts in organisational development and behavioural psychology to bridge that gap. Nicola brings acting technique and rehearsal discipline into professional communication - training behaviour, presence, and delivery so performance holds under pressure.

Mina brings over 30 years of experience in organisational development, behavioural change, and leadership training across UK Government, arms-length bodies, and the private sector. He has advised UK Government Ministers and Departments, designed national Civil Service learning frameworks, and led large-scale capability-building programmes reaching hundreds of thousands of public servants.

Minas is a post-graduate qualified hypno-psychotherapist and internationally licensed NLP Trainer (trained by NLP co-founder Dr Richard Bandler), his work integrates behavioural methodology with practical communication training.
At Unlooped, Mina ensures our work is grounded in behavioural methodology: identifying conditioned patterns under pressure and retraining responses so change is measurable, repeatable, and embedded.
